This month Jenny, a French girl who is doing
her internship at our school, and Pilar, one
of our Spanish teachers, present their favourite
places in and around Valencia.

1– swim
2– listen to live music

JENNY (France)
1– At the beach of El Saler (with a pine forest
which looks very natural) and also the beach
of Port-Saplaya (which is also known as
“little Venice”)
2– In the Turia’s park where lots of concerts
take place during the summer
3– At “Los Toneles”, a restaurant close to the
bullring.

PILAR (España)
1– At the beach of Canet de Berenguer, at
about 15 km from Valencia with very clear water
2– At the International Festival of Benicassim
(Festival Internacional de Benicassim - FIB)
with four days of crazy concerts
3– Well, that’s not easy. At any bar where they
have good patatas bravas, morro and sepia a la
plancha.
